I am Heather Gall, Licensed Massage Therapist and lymphatic health specialist. My signature Essential Life Technique combines precise Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) with specific therapeutic essential oils — selected for their ability to support lymphatic vessel function, reduce inflammation, and accelerate your body's natural detoxification process.
This is not a standard spa massage. MLD uses a feather-light, rhythmic pressure calibrated to open your lymphatic capillaries — the delicate vessels that sit just beneath the skin's surface. Too much pressure collapses them. The right pressure moves years of stagnation.
The result is a session that works on every level: structural, biochemical, and nervous system — all at once.

Full-body Manual Lymphatic Drainage using the Essential Life Technique and Swedish massage on back, neck and shoulders.
Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage - 60 minutes | $125
Specialized MLD for recovery from cosmetic surgery, joint replacement, cancer surgery, and other procedures. Reduces swelling, prevents fibrosis, and accelerates healing.
